The kingston 133x series is very slow. You can feel it when starting up the cam. The cam will read the CF first before allowing you to shoot. The lag between starting the cam and shooting is definitely longer when I use kingston 133x compared with sandisk ultra II.

The 18-55 IS is already pretty good. Have been using mine for a year now and no plans to replace it yet.
