I saw this just a min ago and had no idea where I shall post it to show everyone, hence I put in this thread for the first time! Today is one of the bad wet day as it had been raining non stop. Eventually, I saw part of the thin cloud roaming around one of the building at Shenton Way... I can't recall what building it is... But it is around Prudential building area.
Look Genting to me thou... I guess Westin and some building is affected too..
