As spoken,
We will have one version for sale.
However, for all the hard work the organising committee and the volunteers help on the 2 days, the least we can do is to give them a specially designed t-shirt or 2 to wear on the actual day.
Volunteers - or mods (not the organising committee as they are automatically given) helping that day will be given a tee shirt to wear. Provided they are helping the whole full day not just a couple of hours or minutes type. For those 2 days will have 2 tee shirts as we cannot afford smelly crew using one t-shirt for 2 days.

we have gotten a verbal quotation for the black X t-shirts @ $10 each and if we print 100 pcs it will become $9.50

There are 2 difference type of IRON on transfer stickers, the normal IRON-ON Transfer, and a higher grade IRON-ON from German that are more lasting, and richer in colors.
Assumption Sizing remains that of Simon's sample last week, i.e., Asian size

Spoken to Ortega and we concluded that the quality is not the German type. It is best that Simon proceed with the T-shirt orders for both the CS members -sale and also for the black silk screen T for organizing committee.
Based on gut feel we can order the percentage based on the sample of the mods' order ie.
100 t- shirts - about 85% large and above.
