Not sure off you can get it fixed locally. Maybe give Philips Tay a call.
You can try Japan camera hunter, Bellamy hunt.... He did manage to get it fix for his client. Probably more costly.

i got japan camera hunter to fix mine. same light leak problem. plus my shutter was dead. not cheap but if you like the camera, why not?

Also went through JCH to service mine. Minolta charges a service fee of 18,900Yen on top of whatever else that needs to be fixed. Costly but if you want peace of mind, its the way to go. Plus I heard they would cease service for the TC1 in the near future.
