Bryan here. Interested in the DCR-250 Macro adapter. nikon DSLR user here. Currently i'm using a 105 VR macro lens. Just curious if the DCR-250 is suitable for this lens and if it helps to increase the magnification ratio?

With the DCR-250, you'll be getting more than 1:1 for your 105mm VR.

You can also consider the CM-2000A and MCLS-1 Ring Light.

The DCR-CF185PRO is not very user-friendly, so we no longer stock this item unless there's a confirmed order.

What is your camera setup? You should check out the DCR-FE180PRO instead, as below:

There might be some vignetting on this lens with DCR-250. We provide the necessary stepping rings to connect to 77mm threads.
