Hi Chipvn, your title is 10mm but the specs is 12mm with 121 degree angle of view. So your photos is from 10mm or 12 mm? I am a bit confused.

There is no pricing on Chiif website on the 10mm yet. I am contemplating the 12mm with a good price. Any insights personally on the 12 mm for use on an A7II?

Thanks for pointing out the mistake on the lens spec I copied. I've corrected it.

12mm will work much better on A7RII than A7II and much more easier to control than 10mm. I switched to 10mm because I have a very good deal and I am a mad fan of ultra wide.

Just got mine from Chiif this evening. Wow. That wideness... Seems like 5mm too wide. Hahaha.

It is definitely not cheap. But it's not overly expensive too, especially if u compare UWA prime like Zeiss 15.

Yes, for the lens of that wide and quality, I don't think it is expensive at all.

Looking at Voigtlander 10, 12mm,15mm, Laowa 15mm, and there is a 12mm coming out too said to be distortion free. I know you are a wide angle fanatic. I have seen many of your. Nice landscape images. Where did you get your good deal from? Can share?

From 16mm down to 10mm, every single mm make a huge different so only you can tell which focal length you can work well with.

Regarding to the new Voigt 12, I don't believe there will be significant different in distortion control between the next coming 12V3 comparing to the exiting 12V2 or even the 12V1 Ltm cause the exiting one has been already excellent in control distortion.

I got my 10 based on some relationship with the seller so it is not the actual selling price

I believe the difference in focal length makes a huge difference. I don't think I will be able to know what I want until I actually start with one and work from there. Thanks for your reply.

Just heard from one Benro distributor, they have finished the prototype adapter to use their 150mm square holder on this Voigt 10/5.6 mm. The 150mm system are too big for me.
