Week 1 - Gloomy Beginning of 2011

Week 2 - Golden Web Spider

Spotted this beautiful spider outside the school, had to try out various angles before I got this right​

Week 3 - Fishing By The Quarry

Was jogging around 小桂林 since the stadium was occupied by some Track & Field Meet.
Noticed a few teenage guys actually fishing here, ran back to the car for my cam for a shot.​

Week 4 - Ready For The Bone!

Taken during a game of Dogs and Bone, a quick shot while the empire is accounting for players from each team.​

Week 5 - Goodfellas @ Timbre Substation, 大年初一​

Not the kinda pic u expect on a CNY week, but i had a really great night catching up with 2 buddies on first night of CNY. The company & the band just rock the night!

Week 6 - Shining Dangling Bubbles

Was snapping away at Marina Barrage and spotted this set of beautiful light decorations hanging from the high ceilings of the exhibition gallery.

I guess sometimes, the most beautiful little things may just be hiding in the unexpected corner in your life!​

Week 7 - Shiro Emiya / Rin Tohsaka

This is a second attempt at miniature figurines.. I must say its still not perfect.. Its like trying to set up a mini photography studio for my toy models!

Nevertheless, I'm at least glad that I've tried!​

Week 8 - Society's Paradox: Levy vs Midnight Surcharge

Taken at 11:40pm, when there's a long taxi queue right outside MBS Casino.. Apparently the uncles and aunties are trying to avoid the extra cab fare, makes one wonders which cost more..​

Week 9 - Photography: A New Pastime Within Our Society​

Caught this couple experimenting various angles with their camera along the railway track as I was heading back home. Its pretty evident that photography's picking up real fast in our society. Its really great to see so many enjoying it, no matter the camera, be it DSLR or a simple iPhone.

Enjoy the passion people, enjoy the satisfaction!​

Week 10 - Peak Period​

Life's pretty these few weeks, which kinda explains this overdue photo... This is abt the earliest time I reach home from that week onwards. Was stoning at the anniversary watch when I decided to snap a shot of this moment in my life.

Week 11 - Dusk @ My Home Front​

A panaromic view from my home corridor. My first attempt at photo-stitch, inspired by a friend's work years ago whereby he took a picture of the view from KR E-blk rooftop. Skyline wasn't that beautiful, so I had to adjust the colours quite a bit via Adobe PS.​

Week 12 - Civilian War Memorial​

"In deep and lasting sorrow this memorial is dedicated in memory of those of our civilians who were killed between February 15, 1942 and August 18, 1945, when the Japanese Armed Forces occupied Singapore"​

Week 13 - Capitol Building

"Located in downtown Singapore at the corner of Stamford Road and North Bridge Road.
The Capitol Theatre was bought by the Shaw Brothers in 1946 and became the premiere picture palace of the Shaw group until the nearby Lido Cinema was built.
Home to the greatest movies and live events, this theater's live acts continued, along with movies, until 1998."​

Week 14 - Painting Before The Storm

Hurried home as the clouds turn dark and saw this foreign worker painting the "No Parking" sign. Rushed to grab my camera and was just in time to snap a shot of this through the window grilles..

Glad to archive some of the unsung efforts that makes our society ticks.​

Week 15 - Double Helix Bridge

The bridge doesn't seem outstanding and somehow, the lighting wasn't fascinating either.. Yet, i enjoyed this perspective of the bridge compared to those you see with MBS in the background.. Its one of those peaceful and more quiet nights in the city area...​
